Hi all
I just switched trackers to BeMob and I am having issues with passing data back through the tracker. When I look at my tracking parameters (e.g. adset name, ad name, etc.), it just shows up as 'Empty'.
I've asked BeMob support but they weren't really helpful and pretty much told to check with FB.
I am using the LP pixel (based on this guide https://help.bemob.com/docs/landing-page-pixel-lp-pixel) to avoid any redirects and when creating the campaign in FB, I entered my website URL as 'https://landerURL.com/index.html?ad_id={{ad.id}}&adset_id={{adset.id}}&c ampaign_id={{campaign.id}}&ad_name={{ad.name}}&ads et_name={{adset.name}}&campaign_name={{campaign.na me}}'.
I also tried the 'Build a URL Parameter' and entered the parameters there but it still wouldn't work.
If anyone can help, that would be very much appreciated
