Frustrating 202 tracking problem (8)
Weird 202 tracking problem.
I need some help, my 202 has gone to shit and there's nothing I can do to fix it, here's the problem:
Somehow 202 stopped recording about 75% of clickthroughs from my landers, it's also losing about 75% of subids.
I have no idea why and there's no reason it should act this way, and there's nothing wrong with the way it's set up, nor does it have anything to do with the recent update:
> I have tested this across 3 different traffic sources using multiple offer across multiple networks on 2 different hosts.
> I have done a completely fresh install of 202 4 times, this includes files and mysql tables, testing on both 1.6 and 1.7.
> I have set up campaigns to test around 10 times.
> The problem started before I updated 202 to 1.7.
> Direct linking works fine for some reason and the issue only occurs when I'm using landing pages, the loss occurs in the click through.
> Changing my lp host doesn't change anything.
> Changing my 202 host doesn't change anything either.
> I've tried all possible combinations of the 2 above.
The whole thing started sometime in september, there was no reason it should have started, didn't change anything, no nothing, it just started losing it and it gradually got worse over the month until it started losing about 75% and it has remained that way since then.
Has the internet satan decided to fuck with me?
This is so frustrating I want to shoot myself so if anyone has any idea what's going on or can think of any kind of solution, do share.
Hi,
I've experienced some problems once with a JS script on my LP.
I simply solved the problem by putting the 202 tracking code after <body> instead putting it before </body>.
I don't know if it helps, but if I were you, I would definitely have a look at your scripts on your LP.
Try to run your LP without any other JS than the 202 one.
I'm not expert at coding but you should give it a try.

Do you know anything regarding what could be causing it?
From what I read from your description it's most probably a problem with your landing page.
You might have but the P202 javascript below some other javascript file / script that is causing an error.

@bbrock, PM sent, I've tested a lander with no scripts except for the 202 tracking script, but the problem is still there, but if you can shed any light on this I will worship you as the omnipotent god of internet technicalities.
