First €5k-€8k Profit Day (8)
Here is my little story how I made €5k-€8k profit on one day - by accident.
When I started with affiliate marketing in 2005 I was using torrents to drive traffic to my sites.
Then there was one day in August 2008, I will never forget that day.
I ran torrents for about 3 years already and made some nice additional money from it.
On that day I wanted to test something different.
Then I had some kind of brainwave and decided to test something else as well.
I didn´t expect much from it, maybe €50-€100 additional per month.
I created the stuff, uploaded the torrent and then left the house.
When I was back home few hours later I checked my PC and saw that I already made about €5k or so.
From one fucking torrent.
In the end I made about €8k or so on that day.
I can´t remember the exact amount anymore, it´s almost 11 years ago.
Unluckily I also can´t access my afiliate account anymore.
I already tried to reset password but I don´t receive the email.
When I am able to login there again I will update the post with a screenshot.
The funny thing is, all the money was pure profit as I was using free traffic.
At this time I never visited a forum about affiliate marketing, I didn´t use a tracker, I didn´t know what trafficsources or CPA networks are.
I just had an idea and took action.
Anyway, €8k profit on one day is sick even if its not made by accident. ��
That is exactly how most of my campaigns were discovered! I keep on trying new things and hope karma will bring that one gold campaign in front of me.
(I do optimize and test and everything..Im talking about those golden campaigns)
I'm curious with what you did, mind to share details? since its almost 11 years old.

Care to share more details? What did you do, how did you do it, why did you do it, how did you evolve from it, what did you learn, how can n00bs learn....etc.
So basically go with your gut feel and test cheaply and if it fails move on? Seems repeated but wise. BTW were you offering something that people really wanted but couldn't wait 24 hrs for a download and therefore had to pay megaupload some fee?

I will write an in depth post about what I did there and also about my torrent stuff in general.
