Negative Comments

I've posted previously that I've had page creation rights disabled on my primary FB profile. I have a secondary FB profile that can create pages and I am able to share them as assets to ad accounts I own (not sure if this is particularly wise as it then links the two profiles?)

But my question - is negative comments I big factor in ad accounts getting disabled? On my pages, I set up the page moderation with keywords (scam, fake, fraud etc plus hundreds of variations of swearing etc) and this did stop some from showing up on a wider scale, but not all got stopped and I wasn't checking it every hour.

Would this be a factor in the bans I've experienced, as well as having my page creation rights disabled? Is it worth hiring a VA to monitor all pages and delete every negative comment that comes through?

Yeah we don't clean the comments but its definitely a possible reason for bans, a lot of the negative words will still filter through even if you block them haha

The new 'quality ranking' I think is related to audience reactions so if you're getting a lot of negative word comments it goes down, but if you reply to them in theory it should bring the score up but it changes super fast. We're testing a few things at the moment in regard to this but no real clear data yet :S
