Where are you exactly marketing in. We have ventured into Ecommerce(dropshipping/3PL) past few months and are involved in Google Ads/PPV for the sales.

Revenue matters for a mastermind, but so does a similarity in the way you do business.
Low margin, high volume products are completely different from oversize, high priced products for example.
But that's when you want a mastermind that gives you "we do X" and you add that to your mix and it will work.
If you want original ideas and approaches, you need a mix of size, approach, countries, business models.
I have thought about setting up a mastermind as well, but the effort to run it, would almost mean it would have to be paid.As in everybody contributes so you can have someone coordinate when calls are scheduled. Topic lists, follow ups etc.
It's either that approach (with accountability / commitment) or it'll die soon.
I like the idea of a mastermind, so I'll follow this to see how it evolves.
We are doing similar numbers, but we are focused only in EU geos.
If you have localized stores in ES, FR, DE, IT, PL ... I would love to join as I believe I can share value (COD, fullfilment centers, payment methods, localization process, etc...)
