Exoclick- Not supporting Nutra.

Dear all members,

I started with exoclick (push) but even before my account got approved I received an email that my account is suspended.

Can any one here tell me if exoclick allows to run nutra ads with LANDERS?

If not, what is the way ahead?

Thanks!

Doesn´t necessarily have to do with Nutra.
Exo can be pretty strict with new accounts, can be payment method, landers, creatives etc.
Just contact them and ask them, they can give you a better answer than users on STM

In the A/C suspended email they wrote down- We do not engage in replying back with reasons on why your account was suspended.

Ask them anyway.
I contacted them few times for my students and they told me the students shall message them and it happened that the account got reinstated.

Exo is rather picky with new accounts lately, they have some screening process in place and some accounts get flagged. Quite often, it has something to do with the country of residence, payments etc ... but it can also be the first campaign that you submit. But I'm not aware of any nutra-related problems... I see people pushing male enhancement nutra stuff on exo all the time.

As twinaxe suggested, I would also try to bug them some more, in a polite way of course. All they are trying to do is to protect their business from fraud, they don't intend to block legitimate affiliates. Maybe you have some references from other networks, screenshots of your spend with them etc ... They also attend pretty much every significant affiliate show out there, so a personal contact might help too.

that is very strange I would say. from my experience in the begining of using exoclick (don't use it anymore) they would block because of the ad violating their rules. Usually they would say why and give you 24 hours to solve it. And when solved you would have to tell them.
Some guys on the support can be a bit evasive and not so nice (not to say worst). But try replying another day so you might get someone else to reply you.

I think they still have this system in place, there were several "levels" of suspensions ... 24h, 72h. I've been hit with these several times in the past, especially when I was running carrier billing.

But at some point, they started to filter new applications more thoroughly and several people reported being rejected. It's pretty much a security precaution on their behalf, some GEOs are known for higher % of fraudulent affiliates. There are also certain payment setup trays that can be a reason for a rejection etc ... I know that some people could get in after submitting some references or a personal contact at a conference, so it's definitely worth a try.

some years ago they would just block and close your account if there were too many suspensions or breacking the rules. But sometime ago exoclick started to label your offers and landing pages.

Before they wouldn't allow a popup on a landing page if buying popunders. But some publishers didn't care. But they would just block it from all as some didn't allow it.

Now if your landing page has a popup then they will run it on publishers that allow it instead of just blocking you.

This is just an example.

So i guess no you can run many more different things there than before.
