Faster way for total newbie? Starting with $500. (20)

Hi all!

First sorry for my english I need still learn this language.

I am total newbie. I know something about AM but its nothing at all.

I need start somewhere but I am not sure about that where.

I am considering push + sweaps but I am afraid that push will die soon.

My budged is $500. I know its small budget but what we can do.

Please try suggest me something good for me to start with this budget.

Push will get regulated eventually, but I don't think it will die completely. And even though the browser companies are doing some tests in the background, it will take them several months to implement something. So you're safe for now.

On top of that, whatever you learn with push traffic, is transferable to any other traffic type, from a large part.

Push+sweeps is the best combo for newbies these days, go for it while it lasts

You're right though, $500 is not much, but it might give you a better idea about what AM is about and whether it's something you want to pursue.

Yep push+ sweeps is really the only way to make that $500 go anywhere, you'll blast through that on Facebook and native before finding profit tbh

If you pick a source like propeller which is a very strong push source, their traffic tends to convert quite well. Whatever your native language is maybe using that as your target country is best, as you already have a big advantage with translations.

Binom is offering a free month of tracking to a few STM members too, so if you can get a copy then you'll save on tracker too and away you go get testing launch at $25-30 daily budget first time and try 3-4 ads, 2 headlines, 2 landers

If you can find some CC sweepstake offers for Slovakia (not sure if they exist though), and translate the most common 2-3 landers you find on any spy tool in tier 1 geos (US,UK,CA etc) into slovak and also creatives I feel you're swinging the odds highly in your favour for early positive ROI

As maynzie mentioned, using your native language could give you the edge needed to find success. Every language has certain slang words and nuances that are very hard for a non-native person to ever learn properly. Slovak language is also very similar to czech, so that could be another good market to target as pretty much any slovak speaks almost perfect czech. Which would dramatically increase the target audience. Might be worth a try for sure

Thank you guys for your great answers. Honestly I was not thinking about CZ/SK as good market for push. But after your suggestions I will go try it. I will go study all about push on stm and keep working on that. I will write you updates Again sorry for my english..its still trash but its only another challenge on my way.

Push looks like your best bet these days.

$500 is honestly quite small budget, it's too easy to burn through it, especially fo newbie.

But it's not impossible.

I recommend you to read through the technical stuff, make sure you setup up your tracker and postbacks correctly etc.

I would usually recommned higher payout offers for push, but as your budget is lower I think probably low payout SOI offers will be best bet to get some initial traction.

So sweepstakes, dating and maybe CPL casino offers is something I would look for.

Push is being recommended by everyone!

However, if you're BRAND NEW to running campaigns, and don't have the slightest idea how to proceed, I would suggest that you start with my tutorial:

It's written for pop traffic, but includes basics that you'll be needing to run push: Applying to aff networks, setting up tracking, fixing up landing pages etc.

A cheaper way to test, would be to use pop traffic to test offers and landing pages first, to identify a good offer+lander combination. And THEN take this offer+lander to push and test ads (headline + description + image).

So what I would suggest, is go over that 40-day tutorial, run a couple of pop campaigns to find a good offer+lander combination. Then read ALL the threads in the "push" section (and take notes!), then start running push campaigns.

Amys tutorial is awesome, definitely take a look at it. And as she mentioned, large part of it is transferable into the push environment, even though it was written with POPs in mind.
