How to reduce phone 'no answer'?

I was wondering if any affiliates might have some ideas on how I can reduce 'No Answer'. A good amount of my leads are failing because people aren't answering their phones.

I've removed reference to calling (i.e. An expert will call you shortly...) on the thank you page and have validation on my form to ensure phone numbers are the right length. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Why did you remove this actually? I would say that in order for the leads to actually provide real numbers and pickup the calls, they should expect someone to call them. Some of them will enter bogus info anyways of course, but those that could potentially be interested into purchasing the products should enter the real info. Part of the leads will always be "fake" from whatever reason, but you can ignore those and focus on the people who actually show real interest.

I had good results with using the "phone verification" approach in the past. So basically asking people to enter their phone number in order to get access to something exclusive that's not available to everyone, just those who verify something (age, location...) via phone. Try that maybe, it used to work wonders during the carrier billing boom.

Hi Matuloo, thank you for your input. A colleague of mine, recommended I try it without reference to calling. Your phone verification methods sounds good, I shall give it a go. Many thanks!
