Making Money Mastermind (3)

HI,

I have been ruuning ads and funnels for clients for almost 3 years using mainly Facebook and Google ads.
A month ago i hvae joined STM in order to go FREE and after reading alot and talking to people i have decided that the best and the fastest way will be crating a team to go with, at least while doing the first steps.

The Goal - Creating XX,XXX Daily WH campings

Mainly using Facebook, Taboola and Google ads - We are here for the long term not just playing around with traffic source that soon will be over or fucking around with people.
Step 2: The Team

• 5 members Serious ONLY members
• All have experience in the Media Buying world, have run campaigns before but still not generating profits.
• All with similar work hours - GMT+3
• Try to have a range of skills, e.g design, programming + Bonus.

Step 3: The Structure & Rules.

• Assign a new chairman every week. They will be in charge of organising the weekly call.
  The point of the calls are to summarise results and move forward.
• We will organise a checklist of topics to cover, and stick to them.
• Assign a new timekeeper every week.
• He will be documenting every important point discussed in the call so everyone can refer to them later.
• Everyone will have a equal time to speak and share.
• Hold all comments until everyone is finished speaking.
• Set a SCHEDULED time for a Skype call every week if possible.
• Use Google Drive and assign a folder to each member.
• Use Google docs for weekly topics and other important announcements.

• Set an amount of money you must spend every week on testing - 100 USD (changing with process)

Step 4: The Deal

We Cut unneeded FAT.
There is always been a straggler not contributing which brings down everyone else.
The easiest way to deal with an uneven share of work is by setting clear rules.

• We will write a google doc "contract", clearly stating the expectations and terms and conditions, everyone must to sign it.
• If you miss a call you get a yellow card. If you miss two calls you get a red card.
  Red cards means you get kicked out the truck out of the mastermind.
  There should never been an excuse to miss a call since times are scheduled every week to cater for everyone.

We are RUTHLESS - We are here do make money! You aren't masterminding to make friends (which is a bonus), you are masterminding to reach the goal you set - Friendships will be forged during the process.
Just remember one slacker brings down the whole team.
We are also here to HAVE FUN! Even though we are working hard, a mastermind should be fun.
Everyone is going to be feeling down at some stage, they depend on you to pick them up. That's part of being in the team.
