Be aware that you need a verified DigitalOcean account to receive the safe sites.
This won't work if you don't have an account since their entire system is built around DigitalOcean.
They won't even be able to just send you the .html / WordPress files.

As I told you on our livechat, you most likely triggered some security check which was either due to your IP or your payment method.
And we can't just send you the HTML/Wordpress files, since each site is custom made. We need to deploy the site on a server and then our team does a manual review where they create a unique logo, spruce up the site design and carry out any custom requests you may have.
I sent you a full refund right away after you told me that you had issues with setting up a Digitalocean account, and as I also said you can always just buy an account for like 5-10$ on Bitcointalk or other forums.
We have many customers successfully using us ordering anywhere from 50 to 200 sites a month each without any issues
