Affiliate ecommerce offer - strategy ?

Hello,

I am dealing with ecommerce offer for gadgets - army watches from Affiliatexe - does anybody has experience with it how to bring traffic, conversions and etc on it?

My plan is next:

1. Create Landing page according to similar landing pages on ADplexity. I will give that to someone on Fivver to do that.
2. Start Facebook campaign, test which audience brings best results, conversions. I dont know how to target when we are speaking about army watches, any idea? If I setup broad targeting I am afraid that I will loose money very fast?
3. Considering headlines and text for Ads, how do you create it? Do you make it by your own , or you use some tools?
4. I bought allready hosting and domain under which I will place adjusted landing page copy-pasted from ADplexity?
5. Did I missed something? What to do for this kind of products - army watch?
6. Will It be better to take Voluum as tracker or it is not necessary?
7. Which source you use for making creatives for FAcebook ADs ?

This is my first try with this kind, and I want to get your feedback did I missed something important during this process? Main thing is that I dont know how to appropriatelly target audience who will be interested in this army watches inside one GEO ?

Please if you could share your fedback on my plan. What is wrong and what "must" to do ? @matuloo @iAmAttila

1. Good start!
2. The broader audience, the cheaper (most of time) traffic will be, but also you probably need more clicks to get a conversion. training the pixel is a cheap way for this yes.
targeting? search for army related blogs, magazines, websites which have a big FB page and include those at the interests part.
3. Unique is best, but some websites could help you with certain "sure" hit-words, like this post for example; https://www.business2community.com/b...Rob054U2w6M.97
4. Sounds about right.
5. Test a lot of images and videos, in combination with relevant targeting those are the TWO most important things to get best performance.
6. Better, hell yes. Necessary, not per se.
7. Instagram, gettyimages.com, flickr.com, google search, youtube, vine etc

Once you are live please start a Follow Along, it will help you so much because nowadays loads of guys have good e-comm+Facebook experience.

2. You mean to search for blogs, magazines, websites that have big Facebook pages (emphazise on FB pages) - but how to target that kind of FB pages under interests in Facebook targeting? What else do you recommend to easility target my audience which is interested in specific kind of product like this ?

3. How do you create creative - which source you use for images and how you adjust it to FB ads ? Do you put text over images you find?

4. What is good source for images to make Facebook Ad creative ? Also same for the video ?

What else would you recommend ?

Finally, is this good path ? Did I miss something ?

2. You mean to search for blogs, magazines, websites that have big Facebook pages (emphasize on FB pages) - but how to target that kind of FB pages under interests in Facebook targeting? What else do you recommend to easily target my audience which is interested in a specific kind of product like this?
Another option would be to start with a video ad and once you get 1000 3s video views or so you can start creating LLA audiences based on that. As time passes and you get more video views these audiences will improve.

3. How do you create creative - which source you use for images and how you adjust it to FB ads? Do you put text over images you find?
Are you the first person promoting this product? I hope you are not. Look at what other advertisers are doing and use similar creatives. You can put text over the images as long as it does not exceed 20%. You can check the text overlay here: https://www.facebook.com/ads/tools/text_overlay

What is a good source for images to make Facebook Ad creative? Also the same for the video?
Ask your supplier for creatives, see what he has that you can use. Facebook provides stock images for free that you can use. For videos, it can be a bit more difficult, but you can use a tool like Lumen5 for instance.

What else would you recommend?
Make sure that there are other people making money with this offer before you try it. Don't try to be the first to promote an offer unless you have a lot of money for testing.
