Amazon Affiliate commissions are likely too low to work on native. I see some of these websites running on PPC like AdWords but generally the best traffic type for pushing Amazon products is gonna be SEO. Unless you've already seen people running AA sites on native ads, I do not think there's any native ad network that will be profitable for that type of Amazon Associates content as an affiliate.
If you can find a better program that pays significantly higher than 10% commission per physical product sale that could work. Or if you can find very high-priced products so that your actual commission is high enough to remain profitable. I still don't see any people running AA sites on native though and I think that's for a reason.
With all of that said, for any kind of ecomm offers the best native networks with audiences that are most likely to buy would be Taboola/Outbrain.
