Hi, best person to ask is your AM when something goes wrong. Maybe there is a problem, maybe offer is capped etc

Maybe traffic that doesn't match the offer restrictions gets redirected.
You can see it often for carrier billing offers for example.

To elaborate on twinaxe's wise advice:
Check what kinds of targeting are accepted by the offer. Often, you will ONLY see the actual offer if you are browsing from what is accepted.
So if the offer only accepts mobile traffic, browse from a mobile device, not desktop.
And if the offer accepts traffic from geos other than where you live, use a vpn set to that geo.
Note: VPN is wifi traffic, not 3g/carrier. So if the offer only accepts traffic from a certain mobile carrier, then a VPN won't help you. You'd need to ask your AM for a screenshot of the offer, or use a paid service that will allow you to browse to the offer as that carrier.
If you browse from outside of accepted targeting, the aff network would often redirect you to an offer that DOES accept your browsing parameters - your geo, device, browser, etc.
And of course - as @
kramnave has pointed out, there could be something wrong with the offer as well. Wouldn't hurt to check with your AM.
Hope that helps clarify things further!
Amy
