Hello. I use the browser sphere, mobile proxies. Pharmaceutical accounts for 3-6 months. When running on a blackhat, it takes 3-4 days and is banned for violation. Previously, this was not. What could be the problem ?
The problem is you run blackhat. ;-) To run blackhat you need to have a solid platform when using farmed accounts, which covers all the techy stuff like ip's / fingerprint etc. Thereby you probably cloak which is a certain pointer for getting banned. It's naive to think your cloaking setup will not be detected after a while.
Other possible variables are using banned domains, using flagged (suspicious) payment methods or just badly farmed accounts for example. Probably we could mention 100 other things which could cause the problem mate.
Well, Facebook is having better and better scripts to detect BH offers and covering stuff. With just one configuration it's not possible to hide behind them. You need to have an army of accounts and a lot of time to test other variables. There is also a lot of reason why your account are flagged, domain, payment methods or account from the same ip range which is facebook detectiong right now. First of all, read some journeys which will prevent you from common mistakes and test other things by your own. GL with tricking them 
What do you think would be best solution nowdays. I am using Multilogin app and residental proxy but still got banned. My accounts are young - 1-3 months. What do you suggest to do ?

Policy violation ban is not generally connected to accounts/farming/ip's/payment methods. Policy violation ban means that your ads violate FB's policy.
I have currently similar issue myself:
Launched new offer/presell/angle last monday, 22 accounts went live, today, just seven days later, only 7 remains. I have been in this pickle before - something is flagged in your setup.
-Domains
-Presell itself
-Ad copies
-Cloaker
-Server
There could be many other things. If this happens, it makes sense to change most of your setup to pinpoint the issue, try swapping major stuff right away and then change minor things across accounts.

I run my traffic close to 60 different geos, duplicate, change geo and 10+ BH ads per account while keeping 5 safe ads active as well, this use to work perfectly back in February. It's not February anymore.. For me, facebook has killed this type of scaling method.
I tested same ads now on 5 accounts by only submitting 1 or 2 BH ads per account while having 7ish safe ads running. These have been running now 11 days without any issues with budgets of 400-500usd per account.
Problem found and fixed.
What are your daily budgets for safe ads in this case?

I use to do viral safe ads, so I would get more cheaper interactions and clicks. Not sure if that is important, but it does make sense in some way. And by viral, I mean some sporting event or just cute cats wearing hats ad copies.
Great share man! We used to do this a few years ago, but mixing up the ad itself and have WH text/images in between the BH creatives. However it didn't work as well as we hoped it would.
Will test your method as well now and see if it makes things better.
Just to clarify:
Do you run thise WH ads within the same adset and towards the same URL?
Or are this completely depart Campaigns/adsets running to different safe urls?
