HELP! Any one working with cosmik? (19)

They still did not pay me for the February payment, I asked the AM, AM Told me he had no reply of their finance, and i advised me to pause all traffic. LOL

Chase them daily with a status update. From my experience they always pay, just not on-time. But honestly I must say there are a lot of advertisers and networks not paying according the appointments made. It's kinda part of the game, keeping the cashflow healthy, pushing campaigns and deal with shitty payments.

The AM Tyler claimed the finance would work yesterday, but they did not reply my message yesterday, still waiting for my payment, sucks!

Tyler is a good guy. Problem with AM's is that they are always inbetween two camps, affiliate and their boss. Their boss wants a lot of sales, the affiliates want fast payments. If payments stay out, traffic will be gone too. But an AM is "just" and AM, they can't decide anything about payments (plus they may not have all the info about the cashflow etc regarding the company).

Make sure you always have back-up advertisers to replace links if one is having problems with payments. Stay calm, they have your money, they owe it, but stay polite and try not to start a fight or such!

The Cosmik still do not send me the payment for February and March, anyone here have same issue?

@William Yang I know you've already hit up your AM, but it may help to direct their attention to this thread as well.

They have representation on STM:



Logged in very recently and last post made was 3 days ago. May help to send them a PM as well.

I sincerely hope that the matter will be resolved soon!

Thanks for your help.

I have contacted with the AM, nothing he can help, the finance told they will update the status on 1st July, and I sent email to them too, but there is no reply since now!

That's unprofessional and unacceptable.

Even if they have a legitimate reason for withholding payment, they should at least keep up communication with the affiliate.

Hopefully they'll reply to this thread. Stuff like this can really hurt business.

At least by bumping this thread we can warn others to stay away from them - at least until they can resolve this matter.

Got another reply from our Cosmik rep @cosmik:

"...he has received two payments now. Got the guys to put him on a 1k per week schedule."
