PropellerAds - Targeting specific zones
Hi!
I have run campaings in PropellerAds for some time now. For the most part everything seems straightforward but I don't understand the bidding model and targeting specific zones. Maybe I am missing something.
I am running Onclick - Popunder traffic. Sometimes you have a campaign that converts really well in some zone. I have an example screenshot here.

So now I would like to get as much traffic from this zone as possible. I have tried several times to make another campaign for this zone (whitelisting just that or couple of really good zones together) and set as high bid as possible. I have tried both CPM and SmartCPM models and bit well above suggested, even the maximum possible but yet I am not able to get any (literally) traffic to the campaign.
If I run a general campaign with just some zones blacklisted and bit high enough (but lower than in my whitelist campaign) with SmartCPM I get some traffic. But naturally I would like to get as much from this zone as possible.
Is there something that I am missing? If somebody is willing to share bidding strategies for certain zones I would appreciate those a lot. Thank you for help!

You've already tried every trick I have in my own bag of tricks lol!
Will ask Propeller and try to get some insight for us!
EDIT: My contact is on vacation until later this month - but I've left her your question - will come back to update when I get an answer.

Just spit balling here, if it's a direct site of propeller it just might be they lost the site. These type of things are really dynamic. Sites switch networks like socks. Maybe just check if the source is still live with propeller or not

Propeller's manager are extremely reactive on advertisers' requests. If not - it's not normal. Feel free to give them the ID and ask directly what has happened with your key traffic sources.
