Affiliate Email Followup Sequence (5)

Affiliate Email Followup Sequence

I'm building an optin email list through Bing Ads. Bizop niche, redirecting the optin straight to an offer and split testing offers for the highest EPC.

The one thing I cannot decide on is my initial email follow-up sequence. Since I'm split testing offers I kind of need to keep things generic, but all offers relate to making money online so that shouldn't be much of a problem.

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to structure my initial follow-up in a way that engages the subscriber to buy but allows me to easily direct to the highest converting off.

I can easily make sure the subscriber is directed to the same offer they saw upon signup, but I cannot use scarcity since the offers are always available. I can't really go into training detail since the offers are constantly changing.

I'm just struggling to find a template to use for an engaging and meaningful follow-up based on a generic offer.

I've bought courses, training, etc... Everything seems to either be related toward selling your own product, or promoting one single product.

I've also done a lot of spying on Bing and Google, signing up to many different lists.

I'll figure it out, but it's been weeks now researching this as I've been optimizing and setting up all other parts of my funnel and tracking process.

I know it can be done, and that it can be profitable (I've been in the email marketing industry for 4+ years now).

Am here to see if anyone had any advice or guidance about how this can be achieved.

I was curious if anyone here might have any useful information.

I've been planning on setting up survey funnels. Generic enough to funnel users in, then having them complete a niche specific survey, and segment the visitor to the exact offer with a problem /solution email follow up with messaging exactly to them.

Why not split-test email funnels as well as offers? i.e. Whip up a separate 3-5 emails for each offer.

Otherwise, you may need to spent considerably more money to collect enough conversions to choose a winning offer.

However: If you're wanting to write a series to semi-cater to all the offers, then it would make sense to identify the common denominator across all offers, and write the emails accordingly.

For example: Everyone wants financial independence and just need that powerful push to help them conquer their fears and step out of their comfort zone to start going after it. So this would be a common theme across your "make money online" offers. ("Take your first step towards financial independence now: [Link to Rotating Offers]")

@diesel818's idea of segmenting users is also a powerful tactic when done properly.

Hope that helps even a little bit...

One very good method is given inside the Email Hacking Masterclass from Wilco de Kreij (from Upviral and the connectio programs).
I suggest you check this out. There's templates and video tutorials in the program. Very useful.

Good Luck!
PS If you decide to go and buy it (I've forgotten the price, but it's not expensive) send me a message and I will share with you my aff. link :-) And yes I have a bunch of his stuff, but feel more at home here, with the teachings and systems from STM, but Wilco is really a great guy with good materials

PPS Just found the invoice and I paid $127 bucks for it, it cost more on its own, but because I have other things from him, that was my price. just FYI
