Voluum Tracking Issue - Offer Payout Currency Conversion

Hello,

Is there a way to convert currencies in Voluum? I'm currently scaling offers and not being able to count the extra $ from currency conversion is screwing up my ROI. I have tried putting the payout in manual mode but if a redirect offer converts, the payout of the redirect isn't counted, just the manual payout.

So if the offer payout is like 1 EUR, I miss about 13 cents per conversion on every conversion, which becomes signifcant when a lot of conversions are being recorded. So much so that Voluum records red ROI even when its green ROI (30%+).

Any help?

Shouldn't be the case as there is only about 15% difference between USD and EUR so it can't turn a 30% roi campaign red.

Ah yes you are right, I keep fogetting that EUR to USD is 1.13 not 1.3, think thats GBP.

I don't edit anything, I just keep the difference in mind when optimizing. Just when doing detailed analysis in excel, for example, then I edit the numbers to match reality.

There isn't but will be VERY soon as supporting multi-currency is sth we're working on right now.

Thanks @matuloo for jumping in with the tip! I also know of a case where one of our clients made a proxy pixel which all networks hit and from there he did Euro to USD conversion and hit USD amount in Voluum.

But it won't take much longer and you'll have accurate numbers when the payout's not in USD without recalculating it in spreads/external proxies so I would just wait.
