I've been trying to crack the code on these bitcoin style offers for awhile now and I always seem to get a random conversion here and there
but all the offers / geos my affiliate managers tell me do well never seem to work for me. They always tell me DE/UK but my CPL in these
geos is around $40+ for the CPS offers and no matter the traffic type/source I never was able to make these geos work so was wondering
what other geos might be worth a shot.

I have camps with a good ROI in UK/DE (haha, yes, your AM is right). Also Nordic countries work good. How many LPs did you test? I see that my CPL is very different from LP to LP. I recommend to try at least 3-5 landers.
