Profitable adwords campaigns but no accounts HELP (11)

hey guys

so i got a few campaigns on adwords but farming them has been close to impossible starting from February.

All my accounts get banned for 'payment'. My card service people tell me their cards are working fine for other people.

im using multilogin

I tried others vps / proxy service but same story.

Can anyone please help?
