Is it common to have your FIRST RevC campaign be in "Content In Review" for over 7 days?
Submitted my Campaigns Mars 11th and as of today still nothing.
Emailed the support several times and just getting the cut and paste message where they say it can
take up to 10 days.
Thats insane if it's true...
If they send an email it can take up to 10 days, it's probably common it takes over 7 days yes 
A first campaign (with a new client) they probably launch with good care.... and I guess they have some other ads (or other stuff) in queue to review with higher priorities.
One of the most important things in AM is patience grasshopper.
I think it's related to your account being brand new. Usually the review takes 1 - 2 business days. Sometimes ads are even approved on the same day
