Is there some type of secret to getting approved for offers in commission junction?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I have my business site listed that is professional
and talks about what we do etc.. it doesn't seem to matter what type of traffic I tell
them I'll run or where I'll run traffic from I get the same results no matter the offer.
Just don't get why these companies would put their offer in CJ only to reject everyone
unless I'm missing something.
Funny thing, I can't get CJ publisher's to accept my offers.
