Here's a non-elegant, but simple and effective way to do what you ask.
Create a new sheet. Copy the data (i.e., compiled results) from your fist pivot table the new sheet. So, column A is your ad index, B is your clicks, C is your cost, and D is your impressions.
Directly BELOW that table, i.e., continuing the table, copy the data from your second pivot table results. Keep the ad index data in column A, but move the conversion and revenue data to columns E and F respectively.
Now, do a pivot table on that new table, with your Ad column in the Row section, and the other columns in your Values section. Everything will line up.
