Voluum/ Bemob tracking problem
hi all,
can any one can shed some light on this?
so i finally able to make all my tracking works in bemob, i set up 10 landing pages, 20 offers and one campaign using revcontent
i tested it and i can see it works
my struggle now:
that campaign CTA button is something like
https://get.mydomain.com/click/1
https://get.mydomain.com/click/2
https://get.mydomain.com/click/3
etc. as its a listicle.
problem now is that if my traffic doesnt come from the campaign, user click on my CTA button, they will see
"Error 400Visit data was missing when handling click. To redirect a click, you must go through your campaign URL."
as my site also have organic traffic and i want users from paid traffic from revcontent and also from organic traffic also in the same landing page.
is there a way to let my paid traffic tracking works at the same time, my users from organic traffic from my main site also able to go to the offers?
you may ask why i dont make another landing page only for organic one, that is because i want to rank that page via the paid traffic boast as well..
sry English not my 1st language, but any kind help and guidance is very much appreciated. thanks in advance!!

It depends what system the tracker is using.
If its using php, there's no way to have it work both as paid and organic. Anytime you click on the links on the listicle without having started out clicking on the campaign link you'll get that error message.
If the tracker is using something else you might be able to get it to work. I use Thrive and I believe they have an option where you install a 'landing page code' or something like that, where the landing page reads the click data almost instantly and then populates depending on what it reads. I don't totally understand it.
But yeah, basically it just comes down to what options your tracker has. If you email them and ask they can probably tell you if they have an option that allows for both paid traffic and organic, but its very possible that won't be the case and you'll just have to create a duplicate one for the organic version.
Good luck!
