Anyone use Beyond Hosting? (2)
Hey everyone,
I am currently using a VPS with Beyond Hosting to host one Wordpress site. I have 2 GB RAM and 1 CPU. On Friday last week, I ran VoluumDSP Outbrain traffic at a few landers I have on the site and my server actually crashed throughout that time period. I only drove about 130 clicks at the site too in a span of an hour or so. Cost me a few hundred dollars cause I didn't even realize it had crashed so the traffic was going to an error page 
I asked Beyond Hosting Tech Support and they insist on adding some sort of Caching to my site. Litespeed Cache is what they recommend which is one of their services. I downloaded WP Fastest Cache plug in to test that first. My question is geared to those that use Beyond Hosting.. Have you guys experienced issues like this before without having their Litespeed Cache installed? Is there a better Wordpress plug in to use perhaps?

I have a server there and yes, it has litespeed installed, it improved the loading times a bit.
I've never had problems with them for a couple years, just last month or so, they updated something on the server which disabled the GEOip functions and php and made my LPs stop working... they werent able to correct the problem with the current server and moved me to another one, which caused more downtime. Its all working fine now again, but in the meantime I tried digitalocean and even though its not managed, it works well and it's cheaper. So I might as well cancel my BH account later on.
But other than this one problem, my experience with them was good, their support is fast too.
