I have been out the game for about a year now. In 2011 I focused on doing boring seo client/linkbuilding work.
Now that I am trying to run offers again I want to know what are the best networks that do not scrub and shave too hard. Last year I was a member of ad4d, neverblue,ewa,epic,max bounty,and peerfly. Wasn't doing big numbers, just small ten dollar a day campaigns.
For now, I am looking to run submits and possibly short forms with a higher volume
