Is cloaking safe for my adwords ?
I have only 1 awdords account I dont wana get ban
Can I use cloaker then ?

No, you shouldn't risk your own account. A cloaker will very likely result in a ban sooner or later

Cloaking is not that easy, you need a proper setup or you will end sooner than you start 
1 account most likely won't stand long, so make sure you know how to get new accounts. Otherwise it doesn't make any sense at all to invest into a cloaker.

This really depends on your business model. If you're in this industry for the long haul and interested in building a sustainable effort of constantly buying high-quality traffic, you're better off looking for campaigns you can run without cloaker or buying traffic from sources who are less strict on the involvement of cloakers within the campaign flow.
You happen to be targeting one of the top 2 or 3 biggest and most white-hat traffic sources on the planet here, so it is important to your long-term success with them to try to play by their rules. This is not the case with many others, but with GoogleAds, it's very important.
There are certainly some who have figured out ways around the rules with GoogleAds, but they are the minority of the population, I assure you.

yes got you. but I am newbie and I got suspended my google merchent couple of times for affiliate reason so finding solution ...
