Best autoresponder for manually importing emails

Hey guys, quick question for the STM email pros out there.

I was wondering what would be the best email platform that would allow me to manually import around 50k contacts?

Ideally something that has high inbox rates and won't be too strict.

I have the full name, email and IP for this list.

I would go with an SMTP like Amazon with a front end like Easy Sendy.

Amazon ses best way ) just need warm account before sending emails

Looks like Amazon SES is the best way.

Will give it a go and report how it goes.
