Awesome lander for lead-gen

Yesterday I landed on this landing page somehow.

CERTIFIED WINNER CLAIM FORM

The lander looks really legit and I start thinking how to use this for a niche eCommerce business.

Here are a few ideas I came up with:

1) Make it less aggressive (Use the form below to claim your prize. You are a guaranteed winner of one of the prizes listed to the left.)
2) Came up with something like: Claim Your Online Fishing Licence and Win a Mystery Fishing Box
3) Use it as a sign-up page for eg. Free Online Hunting Club for First 100 Hunters.

In any case, this would have to be supported with an email-sequence and quality content but that's a quite an easy task if you know your audience.

Based on the SimilarWeb someone is sending a huge amount of traffic to this lander. I'm trying to figure it out what we can learn from this lander and how to use it in a more legit way of business.

What are your thoughts on this?

This lander is around for pretty some time already.
I ran the offer few years ago and was converting very good direct linked.
Didn't know that it's still active.

No, I did not test it.

I saw this yesterday for the first time and start thinking about how to use it in eCommerce.

I will write some updates when I adjust this lander and run some traffic on it.

But I think that using right angle and some design tweaks it could perform well for lead-gen any niche.

Hunters would definitely be interested to receive some online Award for Excellence in the hunting community.

Yeah, this one is an oldy (I think I've seen landers like this 10 years ago). Very different approach, look&feel, but yet very tricky yes. Mostly seeing this on redirect/geo-redirect traffic!

I have been thinking of using something like this to get people on my mail list.

With a warranty extention.

"Subscribe now to get a 1 year warranty extention."

Would be interesting to see if I can get some Amazon buyers on my own mailing list that way.

It's post purchase, but would be similar in design / approach.
