I have about 3 campaigns in theoptimizer that just stopped tracking leads for no reason.

I've tried manually uploading leads but that doesn't work either, it never loads the leads.
I don't want to create a new campaign because I have a lot of data that won't carry over.
So wanted to see if this has happened to someone else and what you might of done to
fix the issue to get the campaign to track leads again.
I've been using the optimizer for about a year now and encountered these issues a couple of times, and each case was resolved shortly with the data retroactively restored
If it's not being updated within a couple of hours, try contacting them directly for support (From my experience their support is top notch, and works hard on resolving these issues ASAP)
To sum up, whenever i had these issues they were resolved with the data retroactively updated every single time

I think you opened a ticket regarding this issue, we have replied to it yesterday asking you to double check your tracking tokens that you are using on your RC urls.
If I remember well you have 2 campaigns one of which is tracking properly, so the only reason for the other one to not have correct tracking tokens.
Anyway the fastest way to solve this is to follow up with our support and provide them some info about your tracking setup.
