STM Payment Invoices Now Available!

Members have spoken - and we've listened!

Here's how you can download your STM payment invoices in PDF format:


1)Go to your amember page at https://stmforum.com/amember/member .

(Alternatively, just log out and log back in, and you'll see the same page.)


2)Click on "Customer Profile".




3)Fill out the info you wish to appear on the invoices. Fields "Company Name" and "VAT / TAX ID" are optional.




4)Click on "Payment History" to find download links in the "INVOICE" column:





A big thank you to @goshev who has taken the time to implement this feature, and test it extensively to make sure it works!

Thank you all for your patience and understanding! Something like this should have been made available sooner. Hopefully we've made your lives easier this tax season!

The information on the invoice down loaded is messy.

Can you be more specific on what went wrong, so we can have the developers fix the problem?

I just checked myself and it looks ok to me, all the info that I have in the profile is on the invoice.

What if the payment history is empty? I've added the info as you suggested but then, when I go to "Payment History" I see There are no confirmed payments for your account.

I got invoices from some 2checkout link available... I forgot exactly where, but it kept track of all payments to STM and seemed to be a pretty good one, up to EU standards. Maybe the previous payments are all there and only new ones will come up in this part of your account?

The attachment doesn't work, can you do a screenshot and upload it to imgur and share the url here? Vbulletin has a buggy attachment feature, so sometimes it's simply not working.

Good stuff, last time I was a member here for a few years my accountant would always bitch about me filing the screenshots from amember

I'm doing the same with several services I pay for, some people just don't want to understand that accounting systems in certain countries require invoices ... my accountant is always going mental when I send her all kinds of screenshots )
