Have two different accounts and the same issue. 20 min after I signed up and created my first campaign, my user becomes "Analyst" instead of "Admin" under user roles. This means I can't do anything more than just look at stats, and I'm not able to switch back to admin. Furthermore, my campaigns are now live.. Have sent them an email but haven't got any response.
Has anyone else had this issue and did you find a solution?
I would just contact them. Have you gotten it fixed?
