Tracking PPV + FB Fan Pages (CPVLab)

This is a problem combining PPV with FB fan pages and tracking using CPVLab.

I have a PPV path which goes:
-LP (the pop)
-Facebook Fan Page (the person 'likes' to reveal content)
-On the FB page theres an iframed path (5 steps)
-The final step is a new window with the first offer (coreg)

Users enter into my path 2 different ways:
-Through PPV, the first LP
-Through the FB page, from friends 'liking' it and showing up in their feed

The problems arise because:
-Variables cannot be passed to FB (at least that i know of)
-Two separate entry points not supported by CPVLab

I wanted to run traffic to this path and so far it is converting. However I have it set up where the campaign starts on the FB page, i.e. I feed my aff link into FB. This makes it as if this is the first instance of the visitor.

I have my PPV set up in another campaign just sending users to the LP and then to the FB page

The two are not linked or connected in any way. I can't find out stuff like:
- which kw's are converting
- distinguish outside user behavior vs. users captured through PPV

Is there any better way to conceptualize or set this up? I believe because of the fact that I cannot alter FB's end of things, I really have no alternative. I think if I can figure out a way to pass variables through it then I can figure something out.

I know that CPVLab will be able to recognize the user if they had gone through the LP and show up on the radar after hitting a base2.php link on the FB page. But setting it up this way does not allow any users to enter mid-path.

I will continue to experiment, but if anyone has any experience with this and can point me in the right direction it would be super helpful!

it should if you use the java code for direct visits just need to add it to the fanpage....

but I could be confused by your setup

What up Falcon,

I know I emailed this to you but would setting up an fb app fit in replacement of the fan page? ... you can have complete control over the app because you can just iframe your normal website into it.

I've never done that to the extent that you are doing it, but have done a ppv -> fb app before and it worked in cpvlab, so that could be an option worth looking into
