Adwords cloaked results (how are they doing this?)

Hello,

I was searching for weight loss on google and came across this ad:

It's obviously a cloaked ad that goes to the standard shark tank diet site (although I can't see it, probably since I'm on a proxy). What confuses me is the display url and the safepage www.dudsnsudsreno.us/‎ which is some random laundry site (copied with HTTrack Website Copier and uploaded on their own domain)

How do they get that ad-text approved for a laundry website??? Is there some way to get an ad approved and then change the text afterwards or something? I would love to know how they got this ad approved

Even if it went to an actual weight loss site I feel like this ad-text would never get approved, atleast not in my experience "24 Days Shark Tank-Diet | Drops 37lbs Within 24 Days‎ No. 1 in Weight Loss Pill Took Shark Tank-Judges-By Storm. No Exercises`s Needed frm now."

Anyone got any ideas?

Just found another one, same setup but different site.

This ad even has misspellings and bad grammar which google never allows from my experience
