Looking for Buyer or JV Partner for Lawyer Niches Top Ranked Website (4)

I have a guy locally who has a large lead gen site in the Lawyer services niches and has over 630 indexed pages across the country. He is currently ranking 98 top 5 spots and 170 top 10 spots across the country.

He has been building it for the last 2 years or so but doesn't have the time or resources to put into it. He would like to maybe get a partner or sell it outright or work some type of other deal depending on the person involved. He doesn't have any contact for sale so he has asked me.

He hasn't been working on it that much and the leads have dropped off a little in the last month, he's doing around 350 to 400 leads a month. And just sending them on to lawyers for free right now while he is building it. You would obviously know how to work that deal way better with your contacts and knowledge. He is getting around 1800 clicks a month with about a 19% forms filled rate.

I will send some screenshots that he shared with me over Skype 4 search console and such. I am not sure if you might be interested but this is a really awesome opportunity for the right person.
