Adwords display low conversion issue. (2)
Hey all,
I do not generally ask for help, but while running adwords display, I kind of found myself in a dead end. I am fairly rookie when it comes to adwords, so I would love for someone to give me some pointers about my situation. Don't be fooled, I might suck with adwords, bu I am pro level with FB ads 
Now, let's see some details.
I can not give you the exact offer and presell because they are private and new, also BH.
Now offer: Crypto investment type(deposits), which with fb traffic pulls 8+ epc and 20%+ click to lead.
(All different accounts with fb ads and different geos)

This offer has performed well past 3-4 months, it's mine and not in any network. It has been optimized with enough volumes with FB traffic. Numbers have been fairly stable in all geos. It can't be raped or saturated!
Now, adwords. Most of my numbers are decent.

CTR is a bit low here, but conversion price is OK. Conversion in here was tracked as a lead with presell to offer click.
What targeting I tried:
General targeting - Country, only sites, mobile, gender and age.
Placements - news sites, world news, finance, crypto etc.
-Stats were ok, cpc's were awesome, lander did good. ROI was not there(due to low click to lead), I figured I had bad placements and was getting shit traffic.
Swapped to keywords - deleted all old targeting and used keyword ''make money''.
-Clicks were even cheaper, presell did even better, but again ROI was not there(due to low click to lead).
Ad copy: It literally says ''Investing here will make you wealthy'', so it's not really a clickbait.
After that I tried placing pixel to offer, so almighty google could optimize it for actual sales. Literally nothing changed, again ...

All keywords are different accounts and different geos.
I am completely stuck currently, as I have no idea what else to change. CPC's, presell, CTR's, they are all good, yet proven offer can not convert!
Is there possibility that google just blocks registration form of my offer or something? It's obviously cloaked, yet people can see presell and few leads do come! I do not think it's a setup issue, but as I said I am rookie with adwords.
What else should I test? I am hopelessly stuck here now, so all information would be helpful

Firstly, have you considered retargeting all those initial clickers and giving them another chance to complete your registeration form and sign up?
Secondly, the pool of audience that is seeing your LP might not be interested in your offer for various reasons thus you have to keep testing other placements to find that magic source.
Thirdly, focus on top tier geos such as UK, IE, etc. These type of countries have enough people interested in investments, gambling, etc thus you stand a greater chance of hitting the right placements with enough testing.
Fourtly, google display is a beast. A couple of my guys are doing 50k a day alone from adwords display. The volume and scalability on there is obscene so dont give up.
Finally, placements is key and I am sure someone with your experience is aware. There isnt any secret to it, you just have to keep testing different placements.
TIP - Your placements should be targetted at people that are clueless when it comes to investing. The less they know the better. This is where your LP comes into it and gets them interested and likely to sign up.
Keep at it man, aint easy with all the testing but once you hit the right placements, 500 - 800% ROI is the norm.
