I am looking for a website that offers a tool that scans the internet and social media to identify live events.
The website used the example of the Nice, France terror attack where the tool found out that there was a terror attack before media reported on it. They could find out about this because of the raised activity around “Nice” on Twitter.
Anyone knows the name of this website/tool? I was in contact with them a few years ago but can’t find them.
