Dayparting in FB missing?

Hi everyone. I can’t seem to find dayparting options in FB. I do see it but it says a lifetime budget is needed. I read trough FB articles and can’t find the lifetime budget setting anywhere ... I only find total campaign budget but the dayparting option is still disabled. Is there a way to handle this ? Thx in advance

Sorry, I mainly work on Dutch accounts, hope the screen gives you clarity on where to find the options!
