Anyone having this problem?
My Yahoo stats show 6,798 clicks for desktop traffic and I am being charged .38 per click for desktop on native.
I go into volume and over half of what they call "desktop" is in fact mobile traffic. The traffic is even being re-directed to the mobile version of the offer itself.
So now I am paying premium .38 a click for mobile clicks that should be .04 (which is a substantial amount of overcharge btw for traffic that isn't desktop) - It's literally more than half of the traffic they are sending and their system says it's desktop when it's really mobile. Is this them just trying to charge desktop pricing for mobile? Or is it a 3rd party publisher trying to sneak in mobile at desktop prices?
Either way their system is terrible at identifying desktop/mobile traffic.
Now, here's the worse part the offer converts well on desktop - on the "real" desktop traffic. So if they actually fix this I could spend more with them, but because of this issue I am completely paused.... I reached out to them and waiting to hear back from the rep.
***Just warning everyone if you buy check your stats, this may also be happening to you.
***If anyone has any ideas how I can prove this is mobile traffic (and not desktop as their system is labeling it and charging it as desktop) other than
