DriveAds - does it support Outbrain (3)
Does DriveAds support Outbrain?
I don't see it on their website but I believe it is a big miss if they don't support integration with it. Tried asking support but didn't get an answer from them for 2 days which is quite a bit strange.
Their tool is pretty interesting as it does support both auto bidding based on EPC and auto rules something that no other tool has (The Optimizer support only auto rules and Maximus supports only Auto bidding). However if someone knows another tool that has Outbrain, Taboola & RevContent and has auto bidding + auto rules I'd appreciate the info.
We at TheOptimizer.io are currently working on making it possible to automatically change bids based on EPC as well as Auto Bidding which will come with our optimization algorithm. 
I have used TheOptimizer since about a month into my natives journey and can vouch for it as an excellent system. No noticeable bugs, very reliable, excellent tech support.
You can also adjust coefficients with it on traffic sources that use them, which is nearly the same as changing bid.
I strongly feel that an optimizer (whether Drive, TheOptimizer.io, or another one) pays for itself with natives, ESPECIALLY with MGID or Revcontent where there are lots of bot widgets.
