Pops and dating ... sometimes the quality simply doesn't work out
And I guess that's what happened here. You can try to provide screenshots from the traffic source to show that you indeed bought the volumes that you've sent them. And if you are with clickdealer for that long, they should know you are not cheating ... assuming that you've send them decent amounts of traffic over the years.
Did you talk with your AM about the quality during the time you've run this campaign?
Hi there! From our end of things, we'd like to confirm that it does unfortunately happen that a share of traffic is fraudulent, even from trusted sources. It is common practice for all parties involved to identify and invalidate that share of traffic. It happened a few times before that our most trusted publishers bought some low-quality traffic from ad networks that our advertisers deemed fraudulent and didn’t pay for. What happened then is that we would share proof of that with the publishers and they’d go to the source and get a refund for that traffic. In this specific case, there is no doubt the traffic sent to campaign in question wasn’t legit so we would suggest taking the fraud report we provided to the traffic source and getting your money back. If you need any further assistance from us, we’ll be happy to provide any data we have at our disposal.
Sincerely, ClickDealer Team
