Well to answer my own question, their payouts are pretty weak.
Ask for bumps
Alright, so just an update: I signed up with them after making this post. I've already received my first payment (although small). They pay at the end of the month for that months earnings (January earnings paid end of January). The owners Arthur and Araks are really great ppl. Met both of them at ASW and they are super nice. Also, they'll bump payouts as necessary - always willing to work with you. So overall, I recommend them so far!
