Hello,
I have been having some problems with propellerads and putting funds into the account.
What other sites should I use that are similar to propellerads?
My campaigns are ready to go and propellerads said that this will not be resolved for at least a couple days since they also suspended my account because my card was denied. (My bank said they saw no transaction attempt, so I don't know where the problem is)
Any help would be appreciated
Their card deposits behave strange, I got mine denied couple of times too.
PayPal works fine though.
As for similar traffic, are you looking for pops or push?
For pops you can try: PopAds, Clickadu, Zeropark, Popcash etc.

We carry Paxum,Payoneer, Pay Pal and wire and got huge volumes on push and pop WW traffic. None the less, hope you will be able to resolve this issue with them 
Still fighting with them and have had another transaction declined. I contacted them today to set up a PayPal transaction with them. They've asked for ID, bank card, screenshots of PayPal account. I'm hoping that I can finally start running campaigns this weekend.

In the meantime: Popads has very good quality traffic. Consider setting up a campaign there. There's step-by-step instructions in the 40-day pop tutorial on how to do that on popads.
