Mobidea payout doesn't match the offer

Hi all,

Just getting a handful of conversions on an offer from Mobidea where what is being paid out seems to be way less than the listing says.

This is the offer page:

These are the results so far:

Looks to me like each conversion is generating just £0.01 when it should have been £1.10

What have I missed?

Thanks,

Phil

I'm accessing the forum from the app right now and can't see the images, but have you checked with your AM?

Have you checked your stats on Mobidea to see which offer it was that actually converted?

It may not have been that specific offer. Perhaps some traffic that isn't accepted by the intended offer was sent, and got redirected to their smartlink.

I'll take another look later from my desktop. In the meantime, please check with your AM to see what you find out.

Thanks Amy,

I've written to the support person on the chat tool and am waiting for a response. Since I posted above I've looked more closely at the stats.

I've just started with Mobidea and I am currently only sending traffic to one offer.

https://www.rotatemyurls.com/offer/156183|19283?data1=Track1&data2=Track2&website={su bID}&placement={sub_subID}

Tracking data filtered by date shows that I had 1488 visits, 1488 clicks, and 5 signups today, and one yesterday, before I did any of this, which is weird.

The Revenue for those five signups is only £0.03 and offer 19283 pays £1.10 per signup.

However, if I filter the tracking data by Offer it shows just one offer available, 19283. Which shows 137 visits, 137 clicks, 0 signups and no revenue.

So I wonder where the missing 1351 visits and clicks are going - and what actually is generating this £0.03 of revenue? Is that perhaps the bad traffic you mention that got filtered out somehow?

I used to see 1-cent payouts a lot when I was running the 1/2-click offers heavily. At one point I did ask my AM for a reason and they explained it to me, but of course with my bad memory I no longer remember what they said.

Please do report back what you find out - my memory needs to be refreshed so that next time someone asks, I can help them with an answer.

Not sure if their setup was the same as of Kimia, but they had something similar though it wasn't 1cent but 1dollar ... it was traffic sent to buyers on CPM basis and they were crediting it in $1 increments. Could it be the same/similar?

Hello Everyone,

i am having the the same problem. The past 24 hours I have converted about 15 leads from various sources and instead of paying the amount promised they are giving me much less. I think they have totaled out all of the leads to about 75 cents.

Any word from Morbidea? I've sent emails to them in the past about different questions and they never get back to me.

My case I think I was sending them duff traffic that the offer couldn't accept so presumably it got siphoned off and sent elsewhere. I hear from someone at Mobidea that the support team was out of office last week, but back now, so clearing the backlog I guess. But from what you say they didn't ever use to reply before Christmas?

Im pretty much 100% sure it's conversions from traffic that didn't match the offer requirements, so it was redirected to other offers.

Yeah that looks very much like what was going on Matuloo - I'm running new campaigns that are sending the correct traffic and getting sensible results now, no 1cent conversions etc.

Yup, so this pretty much confirms it.
