Our FB Army Is Expanding To Native > Expert Needed! (1)

Hi guys,

I've been running FB ads for about 8 years now and in the last 3 years we've build a team of 3 experienced media buyers (+1 freelancer). We haven't hit the 7 figures rev per month yet, but we know we're getting there. Everyone who's (been) in the biz knows the ups and downs of the big blue monster. Although we're still going strong, keep up the growth and definitely won't leave FB, we do want to expand our traffic sources to native (and perhaps later, more traffic sources.) At the moment we mainly run sweeps, pin sub, ecom and email sub on Facebook (BH and WH).

We have started some offers on native as well (crypto, nutra and ecom) with some small successes but haven't hit the jackpot just yet. We have all the resources, offers, techniques etc. do get someone going within the team or external. We use Voluum for tracking (experience with this is mandatory) and have a good cloaker available as well. We don't prefer to use the cloacker on native since we have established contacts with the native networks.

We're open up to any suggestions to work together. Can be a fixed income, based on rev/profit share, bonus structure, you name it.
