Hey guys
Hope you all are doing well. Here I am gonna share with you my journey.

Initial setup:
Country: Spain
Traffisource: TJ
Tracker- Binom( I switched from Voluum to Binom because of cost and speed. TBH Binom is really awesome. I am really liking it. It give you a lot of details.)
No of banners- 8(All are ripped with photos changed and created from scratch)
No of offers- 7
No of lander- 3(All are ripped)
Language- Spanish(both banners and landers)
Platform- Web

23rd December,2018 -Yesterday
I launched 1 campaign and it's running live now. I will update stats soon.

Questions:
1. For how long do I have to gather data initially before pausing campaign and remove bad performers?

Your suggestions and tips are goldmine to me.

To be honest I think you're testing too many offers. I would cut down from 7 to maybe 3 or 4.

Same with banners, maybe from 8 to like 3-5 banners.

Other than that seems good to go. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestion bro. 2 offers are same from different networks. May be I need to test different offers.

No point in testing the same offer on different networks unless you have narrowed it down to that offer specifically after your initial testing.

Day 1: 23rd December 2018

Spend- $37.53
Profit- -$15.63
ROI- -41.65%

At this point, I ran campaign for the next day without touching anything to gather more data.

Day 2: 24th December 2018

Spend- $30.54
Revenue- $5.35
Profit- -$25.20
ROI- -82.50%

After seeing 2nd day stats, I realized that CR is low because of holidays. May be started my campaign at the worst time. After jabong82 replied with some suggestions, I just grouped stats for last 3 days and made some decisions.

I removed banners 1 and 4.

No edits on landers, just added back button thing.

As for offers, I removed 2 bad performers.

No other changes were made to the campaign.

Questions:
Is it good to pause the campaign for 2 to 3 days till holidays get over?

Quick Update:
I paused the campaign for 2 to 3 days because of Christmas. Then I again resumed it but the results were worst.

It's a failure again. -80% ROI for 2 days

On 2nd January, I launched 2 new campaigns. They had a good start, 1st day more than 10 leads and at -40% ROI. 2nd day, went to -60% and 3rd day -80%.
Don't know what's wrong is happening but from 2nd day of launching any campaign, I am receiving less clicks and less number of leads.
Is banner blindness kicking in from 2nd day itself?
Or do I have to do anything?
Spot I am bidding on is a top Porn tube site.

There are so many tools out there that allow people to spy on what you're doing... there's a good change someone's already picked up your progress, possibly right on this thread.

This time of year a lot of big companies buy out placements too for advertising.. hard to imagine they would want anything on a top porn site...but who knows!
