You do it with an iframe.
You should ask your cloaker for a guide for this.

My manager was unable to give me advice on that still can’t understand how I’m able to track for example button click without downloading landing page

Yeah I’ve tried to, the only solution I guess is to arrange it with advertiser, wether he can install pixel on lp
