3 strange types of POP Landers in Adplexity

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could explain to me 3 strange types of POP landers I've found in Adplexity that seem to be getting the lion's share of the traffic.

The first one is just a fake loading video:

It doesn't seem to click through to anywhere or serve any other purpose. I'm thinking it may be used as bait for push notification networks, such as click allow notifications to play the video and then it just redirects there?

The second type actually does have a message to allow notifications:

Again, is this just bait for push notifications traffic sources and not used for an actual offer?

Finally, there is an aliexpress offer:

Which just seems to redirect to Aliexpress in general. Is this a generic aliexpress offer (i.e. not belonging to a store but to Aliexpress?). I also thought Aliexpress didn't allow POP traffic.

Thanks in advance,
Alex

The first one can be either used for pin submit offers or to generate push subscribers.

The second one is used to generate push subscribers.

The third (I guess) is used by affiliates to send traffic to which is outside their target (geo, device, language etc..) and is an Aliexpress link which works worldwide. I normally use a smartlink for this.

First examples are used for Push.
About Aliexpress, such big stores can also be used for cookie dropping.

Yep as it was said above.

Pops are these days used a lot for generating push subscribers (cheap traffic and big volumes available).
