Direct Utilities Advertiser Looking for Traffic, Weekly Payment!

we are utilities application developers, we have published about 300 utilities on Google Play, the type include Security，Cleaner, File Manager, Flashlight, VPN and etc.

We are looking for direct affiliate parnters other than affiliate network, to help to promote our apps. we can provide weekly payment.

Who is "We"?
I could imagine that it would help when you could tell the users little bit more about your network/platform.
An outlook email is also not the best way to get new customers when you present a network.
Don´t get me wrong, I don´t want to sound rude or so but with a better description and more info about you and your network probably more users get interested, especially when there are so many well-known networks with good offers out there already.

I think, they're team of developers. Publishing apps on google play and want to promote them with direct affiliates rather than dealing with network! I've seen many apps like this on Google Play. Google have deleted around 1 million apps from play store recently so conversation will become maybe somewhat easy. But trust issues are there.
