I'm wondering whether you have experience with legal issues because of claoking. Did you ever had any legal trouble with Facebook, Snapchat and the likes because of cloaking? If yes - how did you master it?
I mean a first and consequent step of the traffic sources would be to block your account. But do you have examples where anyone have taken some legal actions?

No. I think most common legal issues noted through affiliate marketing are misleading too much using brands, celebs and other autorities to make the funnel convincing.
